Five year old check-up

We went Monday August 1st for Sugar Bear's 5 year old check-up.

 She got her finger pricked and did not shed a tear.  

As a matter of fact she was all smiles.   

They passed the time by drawing on the paper while they waited for the doctor.

I got so wrapped up in talk with the doctor I forgot to take his picture with her.  She got two shots, one in each leg.  But she was such a big girl.  She cried a little but not for long and then after it was all done she looked at me and said "That was not bad" and "Can I go to Kindergarten now?".  I told her she had to get the shots for her blue form or she could not go to school.  Once she found that out she was ready for her shots.   I was very proud of her.  And of course the sucker always makes the trip worth it. 

She is 43 inches tall and 40 pounds.  Still a little bitty thing.   

I still cant believe my baby is 5.  I have loved watching her grow and evolve.  She is a silly, fun and fearless little girl.  She always keeps me on my toes and she can find any loop hole in any rule.  She ask 4 million questions a day and she ask the same question at least 5 times.  She looks up to her big sister and thinks the world of her. She has always been a Daddy's girl but here recently she has become attached to me.  She is strong willed, hard headed and very independent and she does not give up easily.  She has tons of personality, probably enough for the whole family.  Right now she says she wants to dance for the rest of her life and she wants to be a mom.  And when she becomes a mom she will teach dance. 

Like I always say she is bright eyed and bushy tailed and full of sass and spunk.
