Authors' Picnic

Daddy and I went and listened to Pooh Bear read her story during the Authors' Picnic. 

Here she is patiently waiting on her turn.

She did a great job and did not seem nervous at all. 

And here she is being silly while her sweet friend Audrey was reading her story. 

After she was done we got to go outside and have a picnic. So nice to get to enjoy our little cutie. 

The nice, sweet, cute, calm and perfect first grade class. 

And the loud, silly, wild, crazy and perfect first grade class. 

Here is our sweet, sweet friend Audrey.  Pooh Bear did a whole piece all about her!   It was titled Meet My Friend.  She told all about her sweet friend and then drew a picture of her and made sure to put her in a yellow shirt, because that is her favorite color!  Pooh Bear LOVES this sweet friend! 

And both of her teachers.  This was the first picture all year long of BOTH the teachers together with Pooh Bear.  She is really going to miss her teachers.  I think she is really going to miss this class. 

And a random picture of this cute little baby bird.  When Daddy and I were walking to the car to leave after the picnic we noticed something on our bumper.  It was this little guy.  We walked right up to him and he did not move.  We weren't sure what to do. Just as we decided to scoop him up and move him he flew off.  He only flew a few feet and landed safe in the grass.  Momma bird flew over to him as if she was checking on him.
