2010 Breakfast With Santa

Well another year of hard work and we are done.  

We only made a few changes this year (click here for last year) but I think it made a big impact. 

We changed the brown paper to blue.  I think it really made the snowflakes pop.  

We added snow to the bottom instead of presents.  

The elves, trees and presents were saved from last year.  

The Gingerbread house is new and it was actually made be a sweet talented lady at the church. 

 This is the first year I have let any of the "big" stuff go and I have to say it was nice.  

We kept the manger scene in the entrance because we feel like it is very important and after all Jesus is the Reason for the Season!   

This was my new addition to the scene this year.  It is a tree that is lit up with lights and has peppermint and beads.  I made the tree and the peppermint out of the foam insulation that goes on the outside of a house before it is bricked.   I love that it is one more light up element! 

 I hope to add more lights in other ways next year. 

I added light up garland to the fire place.  

And the HO HO HO is lit up again this year just like last year.  

I have to say this was the easiest year by far!  I hope they continue to be this easy.
