Why Moms need a ....

TIME OUT

Thank God for our children.
"Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him."  Psalm 127:3

Identify who we are in Christ.
"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory..." 2 Cor. 3:18

Model Jesus in our daily lives.
"set examples for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12

Encouragement for your "mission field."
"we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do." Eph. 2:10


Open ears are a gift to your child.
"...so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ." Philippians 1:9

Unconditional love.  Rely on the fruit!
"But the fruit of the Spirit is LOVE..."  Galatians 5:22

Trust the master builder.
"For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything." Hebrews 3:4

Time with God pours out blessings for your children.

My friend Kimberly is starting a new group at our church called Time Out for moms and this is the "lesson" we learned.  She did a really great job and I really needed to hear a lot of it and I thought there might be some of you who would enjoy it too!  I think we sometimes get so busy in the day to day things of life that we forget about the big picture and what is the most important.
