State Fair

We had a blast with our friends at the State Fair.

I mean really....How cute are these kiddos.

Our first stop was the swings.  My girls were super excited!  They could not wait to get on.  I think a few or the other kiddos were a little nervous but they were brave enough to try.

Both the girls were screaming but I think it was out of excitement and not fear.
When they were done it was all smiles.

After the swing they rode a few "low key" rides.  And although they said they were not as much fun as the swings I think they still liked them.

This little roller coaster went SOOOO slow but the way the girls were screaming and smiling you would have thought it was the rockin roller coaster.

Look at little miss being all brave and showing off with no hands.  She is such a little dare devil, just like her daddy.

We must have drank at least 4 drinks a piece.  Sugar Bear loved the red icee.

Luke said "Me and Sugar Bear are riding horses together".
So sweet, he really does look out for and take care of her.

Pretty Girls...

The ferris wheel scared Pooh Bear to death.  Natalie, Pooh Bear and I all rode in one together but the whole time Pooh Bear was stressed over how high we were.

The girls ended up riding this ride three times back to back.  Each time they switched up who was sitting where.  They all had a turn in the front.

Ahh, the Himalaya.  Audrey really wanted to ride this one and so did her Momma.  So....Audrey talked all the other girls into riding but they could not ride without an adult.  So the Mommas stepped up and rode with the girls.

Audrey and Mrs. Kelly

 Natalie and Mrs. Tiffany

Here we are ready to go.

And where was Sugar Bear?  She was playing the games with her Daddy and winning a Lady Bug.  She was so mad that she was not tall enough to ride but she was happy when she won the lady bug.

The kids had such a great time on the slides.  They must have ridden this slide at least 20 times a piece.

The only thing that pulled us away from the slide was monkeys riding dogs.  I mean where else in the world do you see monkeys riding dogs?  The girls loved watching them.

After a few more rides we were done.

Except for stopping and taking a picture with Elise the cow.

It was a long, hot day but I think the kids really enjoyed themselves and we did too.  I hope it is memories they will have forever.
