The difference a year makes

Today!

Last year!

Candy tables

Here are pictures of the tables with the food on them.
I will post pictures of the birthday girl and her sister later.
Right now I am tired.

I made cup cakes this year instead of a big cake.

I made Sugar Bear a little cake so she could blow out the candles. She ended up not eating any of it because she was to busy eating all the candy. I think she thought she had died and gone to heaven.

Candy Party

Every year Daddy Bear writes a birthday message on the board for the girls.
This year he had help from Pooh Bear.

I let the kids take home a bag of candy and they got to get candy off the table and a glow stick necklace.

This is garland I use on the girls Christmas tree in their play room
but I thought it looked cute on the windows.

I cut out Sugar Bear's name and the polka dots with my cricut and I cut the peppermint out of poster board and painted the swirl in the middle and covered them in glitter. The table clothes are just pink gingham and the pink skirt is just plastic.

The cupcake pictures on the back of the door the girls made at art camp

I wrapped the poles with pink ribbon to make them look like candy canes and the cute little cupcake hanging from the ceiling was borrowed from a friend.

I made cute little lollipops too, but I am not sure I took a picture of them.

Fun at the Beach for the rest of the family

Vortex Dive

The Koi were huge!

You can't really tell but that is all the heads of our group sticking up in the middle of the water. We were taking a break before we went back down.

Daddy Bear getting ready!

My brother is ready!

And I am too!

We went to Vortex with our scuba instructor. We were in a group of 12 divers most of them were getting there certification. We got all suited up and walked down to the water. Mark kept telling us the water was cold, so we wore a hooded vest, wet suit booties and gloves. But when I got in the water I went into shock! The water was not cold it was freezing. But because I was so busy concentrating on what I was doing I was not worried about being cold.

Doggie Sitting

This is Coco and one of the cutest dogs I know. I am doggie sitting my good friends dog for her while she is out of town. I will send her back home tonight but the girls have enjoyed her while she was here.

Scaredy Dog

I know you have heard of a scaredy cat but have you heard of a scaredy dog? Comet was good during the fireworks but you could still tell he was scared. And doesn't he look better since his hair has grown out a little?

4th of July

This is Pooh Bear when she was almost three at a family birthday party.

Here is Sugar Bear the other day at all most the same age in the same outfit. What do you think? Do you think they look any thing alike?

Scuba Girls

Daddy Bear, my brother and I have been taking scuba diving lessons and the girls have been watching us. Mom and Dad bring them and let them watch us practice in the pool. So when they went to Sam's they talked Mimi and Paw Paw into their on set of scuba stuff. Of course they did not actually wear any of it in the water for long and Sugar Bear's goggles are at the bottom of the lake. But they looked cute!

Pretty Hair

We have been at my parents lake house since Thursday and I have lots of pictures to post. This is from the first day from when mom braided everybody's hair including mine.

Proud of myself

For those of you who have know me for awhile you know how bad I bite my nails. So I noticed the other day that the girls are starting to bite and pick at their nails. So I decided I had to stop because I don't what to pass my bad habits on to my girls. Now... I need to tackle those extra pounds!
